• Braveheart PM recognizes the contributions of each full-time employee with a full three weeks Personal Time Off in the 1st year of employment, which accrues per-pay period after 90 days of employment.
• Braveheart PM recognizes eight (8) traditional holidays including; New Year‘s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Also included are the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,  and the employee’s birthday. (Other religious holidays, dependent on affiliation, may be observed in lieu of these traditional holidays, see handbook for specific policies)
• Braveheart PM offers generous retirement program (IRA) matching an employee’s contributions up to 3% of earnings after one year of employment.
• Braveheart PM offers a comprehensive benefit package including health, dental, vision, life insurance and other insurance options.
• Braveheart PM strives to support our employee’s own charitable and community interests with specific outreach programs in the areas we serve or within the community itself.
• Braveheart PM’s business training programs exceed those of other property management companies because we offer our Partners and Property Owners more services.
